Ukhia Upazila is located 26 km from the Cox's Bazar-Teknaf road on the link road of the Chittagong-Cox's Bazar highway. Any bus from Dhaka to Teknaf can get down in front of Ukhia Upazila Parishad. The office of the Upazila Fisheries Officer is located on the 5th floor of the expanded new building of the Upazila Parishad.
